The machine body is welded with high-strength steel and undergoes a 600℃ annealing process over 48 hours to ensure stability and durabilty
We create a precise base for guide rails through a three-phase milling process, using state-of-the-art 6-axis milling machines.

Downdraft Ventilation

To ensure fume extraction efficiency, the MLX Series machines have responsive exhaust vents that adjust according to cutting

Safety Glass

For operational safety, both the side panels and front door are equipped with protective laser-resistant glass

High-Efficiency Exchange Table

The MLX Series is designed with a high-efficiency exchange table, and loaded materials can be exchanged to the cutting area within 24 seconds

Smart Piercing

With sensors to monitor the piercing process, the machine can continue cutting immediately after piercing, thus decreasing waiting time and improving performance and efficiency.

Process Monitoring

Built-in real-time monitoring: During the cutting process, if a slag is not cut completely, the cutting head will automatically retreat for re-cutting.
