Fully Electric Servo Press Brake
The ED series are fully electric servo bending machines which makes its manufacturing efficiency much higher than conventional hydraulic press brakes.
Compared with conventional hydraulic systems, fully electric servo bending machines can save up to ~80% of energy and feature faster processing speeds, high production efficiency, and bending precision. The Midnight ED Series machines can control the deviation of the bending angle within ±0.5 mm.

Driven by servo motors, the ED Series holds a bending angle tolerance of ±0.5°, with a faster back gauge and higher repeatability.
Five models: ED-2508 (25 T / 800 mm), ED-3512 (35 T / 1200 mm), ED-4015 (40 T / 1500 mm), ED-6020 (60 T / 2000 mm) and ED-8025 (80 T / 2500 mm), shown as nominal force and table length.
Across the series, open height is 420 mm, throat depth 400 mm and upper beam stroke 150 mm, with a bending speed of 10–30 mm/s and a 500 mm back gauge range. Axes range from 2 on the ED-2508 to 6+1 on the ED-8025.
