          Why laser-process structural steel

          Conventional beam fabrication takes sawing, drilling and flame cutting, with handling between each step. A laser does cut-off, bevels, bolt holes and marking in one pass, with smooth edges, a small heat-affected zone and minimal distortion — saving grinding and straightening time downstream.

          Which processes can beam laser cutting replace?

          What thickness can the MHB cut?

          Carbon steel straight cut: 20 mm at 12 kW, 28 mm at 20 kW, 35 mm at 30 kW; carbon steel bevel: 14 / 20 / 24 mm. Stainless values are slightly lower — see the model specifications.
