Model lineup

ED All-electric Press Brake
ALL-ELECTRIC25–80 T~80% ENERGY SAVE
— SERIES / ED

ED Series · All-Electric Servo Press Brake. Up to ~80% energy saving vs. conventional, faster back gauge, higher repeatability, ±0.5° angle tolerance.

    HY Hybrid CNC Press Brake
    HYBRID CNC50–400 TAUTO CROWNING
    — SERIES / HY

HY Series · Hybrid Down-Drive CNC Press Brake. All-steel welded frame for rigidity; servo-controlled hydraulics with dual-rail backgauge and auto crowning.

      HYD Dual-servo Hybrid Press Brake
      DUAL-SERVO80–400 THIGH RIGIDITY
      — SERIES / HYD

HYD Series · Dual-Servo Hybrid CNC Press Brake. A high-rigidity frame lets the dual-servo system perform at its best; hybrid drive is energy-saving and low-friction, stable even in harsh conditions.

        HT Tandem CNC Press Brake
        TANDEM400–1200 TUP TO 24 m
        — SERIES / HT

HT Series · Tandem CNC Press Brake. Combines two brakes into one for versatility and power, ideal for long workpieces and heavy loads; each unit runs standalone or switches to synchronized tandem mode.

How to choose a press brake

Tonnage depends on plate thickness, material and bend length, and the bed must cover your longest part. Once those are set, choose the drive type by output and energy goals.

          All-electric or hybrid

          • ED all-electric servo (25–80 t): driven directly by servo motors — about 80% less energy than conventional hydraulics and no hydraulic oil; faster back gauge and higher repeatability for small-to-medium precision parts.
          • HY hybrid (50–400 t): all-steel welded frame, servo-controlled hydraulics, multi-axis back gauge and automatic crowning, from small parts to large thick plate.
          • HYD dual-servo hybrid (80–400 t): a dual-servo system on a high-rigidity frame — energy-saving, low-friction and stable even in harsh conditions.
          • HT tandem (400–1200 t): two synchronized press brakes, 6.4–24 m machine length, for long and heavy parts; each unit can also run on its own.

          Accuracy and stability

Consistent bend angles come from frame rigidity, crowning and springback compensation. Each series comes in many bed lengths and models — contact sales for detailed specifications.

          Frequently asked questions

All-electric or hybrid press brake — which should I choose?

For small-to-medium precision parts at 25–80 t, the all-electric ED saves about 80% energy and needs no hydraulic oil. For higher tonnage or large thick plate, choose the hybrid HY (50–400 t) or HYD (80–400 t).

What is the difference between HY and HYD?

Both are down-stroke hybrid CNC press brakes with multi-axis back gauges and automatic crowning. HYD adds a dual-servo system on a high-rigidity frame for lower energy use, low friction and steadier output in harsh conditions.

Which press brake handles very long parts?

The HT tandem series: 400–1200 t and 6.4–24 m machine length, with two synchronized units for consistent pressure along the whole part — each unit can also run on its own.
