Robust Structure & Precision Milling The machine body is welded from high-strength steel and annealed at 600°C for 48 hours to ensure stability and durability.A three-stage milling process on an advanced six-axis milling machine creates a precise datum base for the guide rails.

Downdraft Ventilation Exhaust ports that adjust to the cutting conditions keep fume extraction efficient.

Safety Glass For operational safety, both the side panels and front door are equipped with protective laser-resistant glass.

High-Efficiency Exchange Table The MHLX series features a high-efficiency exchange table, and loaded materials can be exchanged to the cutting area within 24 seconds.

Smart Piercing Sensors monitor the piercing process so cutting starts the moment piercing completes, reducing waiting time and improving performance and efficiency.

Process Monitoring Built-in real-time monitoring: During the cutting process, if a slag is not cut completely, the cutting head will automatically retreat for re-cutting.
